Common Questions

When do my scans reset?

Scans reset on the 1st of every calendar month for subscription plans. Lifetime scans also reset monthly.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the app dashboard (left-click the tray icon → Open Dashboard). You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What is a 'scan'?

One scan = one AI request. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+S (select a question) uses 1 scan. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+A (scan full screen) uses 1 scan regardless of how many questions are detected.

What's the difference between GPT-4o mini and GPT-4.1?

GPT-4o mini is fast and handles the vast majority of multiple-choice and short-answer questions correctly (~94%). GPT-4.1 (Pro plan only) is our most accurate model — recommended for complex reasoning, long-form analysis, and STEM subjects (~99%).

Is there a student discount?

The Free plan and Lifetime deal are already priced to be student-friendly. We don't offer additional discount codes at this time.

Do I need to stay logged in during an exam?
